Booking directly with Milleo means you receive our best available price. There are no platform service fees, and the cancellation policy remains the same as on the booking platforms.

All apartments use secure smart locks. Before arrival, you will receive clear check-in instructions and your personal access code by email. This allows you to enter the apartment directly without collecting keys and arrive at any time after check-in. Your access code is unique to your stay and automatically expires after check-out.

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, the booking becomes non-refundable. This follows the same policy used on the booking platforms. The full cancellation terms are shown during the booking process before you confirm your reservation.
