Booking directly with Milleo means you receive our best available price. There are no platform service fees, and the cancellation policy remains the same as on the booking platforms.

All apartments use secure smart locks. Before arrival, you will receive clear check-in instructions and your personal access code by email. This allows you to enter the apartment directly without collecting keys and arrive at any time after check-in. Your access code is unique to your stay and automatically expires after check-out.

We understand that plans can change. Guests may cancel up to 5 days before arrival and receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable. To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days before arrival.
