Short-Term Rental Agreement
By completing this booking, the guest agrees to the following terms.
1. Reservation
This agreement is between MILLEO (the property manager) and the guest making the reservation.
The guest must be at least 18 years old and agrees to be responsible for all occupants of the apartment during the stay.
2. Occupancy
Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay overnight in the apartment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.
Check-out time must be respected to allow proper preparation for incoming guests.
4. House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for guests and neighbors:

Pets are not allowed.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 08:00.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and the property.
Failure to respect these rules may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.
5. Self Check-in
Access is provided through a smart lock system. Guests receive a unique access code before arrival.
Guests must not share the code with unauthorized persons.
6. Care of the Property
Guests agree to:

Treat the apartment and its contents with care.

Report any damages or issues as soon as possible.

Leave the apartment in reasonable condition at check-out.
The guest is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking applies to this reservation.
8. Liability
MILLEO is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or accidents that occur during the stay, except where required by law.
9. Communication
Support is available during the stay via the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the reservation, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to this rental agreement and the house rules.
